Acceptance of Terms

By using Pofii's web hosting services ("Services"), you ("Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by this Terms of Service ("ToS"), the Fair Use Policy, Service Level Agreement ("SLA"), and Privacy Policy ("Policies").

1. Service Agreement

We will provide Services in compliance with this ToS and our Policies.

2. Account & Payment

You must provide accurate information during account setup. All payments are non-refundable and must be made in advance to maintain Services.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for illegal activities, as defined by the laws governing this ToS and by common global standards. This includes but is not limited to distributing malware, phishing, and hosting illegal content.

4. Data Backup

We take measures to back up data but are not responsible for data loss. It is your responsibility to keep backups.

5. Service Interruptions

Refer to our SLA for terms regarding service interruptions.

6. Fair Use Policy

You agree to use unlimited resources like RAM, IO, and Bandwidth in a fair manner as detailed in our Fair Use Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of this ToS or any Policies, illegal activities, or non-payment.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

This ToS is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pofii is registered.

11. Changes to ToS

We reserve the right to revise this ToS and any of our Policies at any time.
